Me too. I've read there are cases where J6 judges would not allow video to be shown to the juries that would prove people did not do the things they were accused of.
Another case where Capitol police testified that a J6er was fighting with them inside the tunnel on the EAST side of the building. His lawyer found video of him standing outside the Capitol on the WEST side of the building proving the cops lied. His lawyer had to fight tooth and nail to get a judge that would let the video be shown. He was eventually released from jail.
