The acting director conducted himself in a manner that impugned his integrity and sullied his reputation beyond repair in that hearing. The rant about 911 had absolutely nothing to do with the incident at hand. This agency is in complete disarray with what is needed to conduct the job in a thorough, discreet and professional manner. There should never be a reason to have that particular agency in a public hearing for massive failures they have amassed over the last 16 years. They, of all agencies, should be the absolute elite of the elite, next to our special forces teams. Not having agents who can't find their holsters, eliminate threat points or establish all vantage locations ahead of their next mission is completely unacceptable.  .......AD ROWE..its time to go...NOW
