Oh NancyPants , I think she worried about everybody finding out she gave the order to open the doors on 1/6..... ooops spilled the plot to her trial.
2 things to keep in mind... just because Biden pardoned people, they can still be called to testify and they no longer have 5th Amendment rights and just because they were pardoned doesn't mean they can't be charged with Treason, the Senate has to approve a Treason Pardon.
