That is highly controlled air space.  I remember when Obama got rid of all the Training and schooling to become an air traffic controller and let just about anyone take the job.  It seems like a miracle that there have not been more crashes in tightly controlled airspace.

Maybe most controllers are old school and have not retired yet?

We shall see from the report.

Condolences to everyone involved.

Not true at all.  All controllers are required to go to training at thr academy in Oklahoma city.

All controllers are required to be highly trained. It's ridiculous to say Obama got rid of training. I was at the academy in Oklahoma city where both controllers  and Electronic engineers train to take care  of the electonic equipment.   I went to school there for years.   The controllers have e been training there for a very long time!!!

The helicopter flew up too high directly in the path of the approaching plane.  It would be safe to say that military helicopter won't be flying close to approaching planes to a runway after this tragedy.  The military and the Ntsb need to find out why  the military helicopter was  flying this close to a runway.

The news just stated the helicopter flew to high directly in the path of the plane.   It had nothing to do with Biden etc.

Wait! What? You mean you don't remember the fake news reports from several years ago about the controllers?  ;)
