Here's my first problem.

So it shows two people leaving their house , I guess probably about a mile from where this happened. 
Clara's day I assume guy looks up see what he sees and then explosion.

Definitely a false slag and definitely really sad that we're living in current situation and I don't see things getting any better. 
this also has something to do with Teddy Roosevelt 96 days I think after his birthday or something when the city was found. 
when I get a chance I will update things and maybe some people will understand and maybe others won't.
