Of course the CIA does crap like that....Can't get involved in foreign elections right ? But domestic is another story.....

Now we know why they are screaming so much about shutting it down. USAID has been around since 1961. Who knows how many regime changes they were possibly involved in along with the CIA. Off the top of my head, the Shah of Iran, Saddam Hussein, Khadafi, 2014 Ukraine (see Victoria Nuland).
