They need to set up an AI auditing program that tracks spending and to who or what in real time. Be able to track Gov't spending instantly.

Great idea, but they couldn't even update the fed retirement system since 1977...or for that matter Social Security. For eg. I had a friend that was still writing subroutines in COBAL for the SS up until the last time I spoke with him which was a couple of years ago....😕

Gov't definitely needs to upgrade their computer systems. With the billions the Gov't spends they could not afford to upgrade. Looks deliberate to me for whatever reason not to upgrade.
