my answer is:

Another lottery That will be an ideal lottery, is a lottery In the United states Exactly like Powerball or Mega millions (though i think they should call it Powerball or MegaMIllions...)....But that will cost 25Cents and it will pay 1/4 what Megamillion pays, instead of paying 12 million this one will pay 3 million dollars...And it will grow up, just like Powerball and MegaM.....But i don't know if such lottto should be in the States because they take too much taxes...Imagine that 25% of 200,000 (powerball second prize) is going to be 50,000 and after taxes it almost leaves you with nothing...

Another idea lottery is Win For Life in every country in the Americas...But because Georgia's Win For Life, what they are basically doing is taking 1 million dollars putting in the bank and the interest give it out to people as jackpot...So you could basically create a lottery that is appropiate for 1 million dollars and make that 1 million dollars be put in the bank and let pleople live off those interest (which is 1,000 dollars) a week for life...Except that you will have to work out with the bank to see how they give people that money every week and not every time period that the bank does...

Another ideal lottery is for the Americas Continent to get themself a Continental Lottery of the Americas...One that will pay around 25 million dollars starting jackpot and it grows from there...Europe got a continental lottery already, that's why Europeans are where they at now because they take the initiative.....And people from/of the Americas are always lagging....And it could be played Once a week or every 2 weeks....

What i am concern is that every lottery they want to implement that it cost 25 CENTS...

 Also an ideal lottery would be a lottery like W.Virginia's Cash25 but with bigger aggreggate amount...Right now the aggregate amount for WVirginia's Cash25 is 250K...But we have to look at something the population of WVa is 2 million while a country like Poland 40 million, a game like that in Poland will certainly fluorish...And because the national currency is lower than the dollar it can cost less, perhaps 50 cents...And since there is not a lot of your taxes taken in europe as it is in the states, there is chance the winner will go with a sizeable amount home and not with half the jackpot...And because the population of Poland is bigger than WVa, they can give themselves the luxury of having more money as an aggreggate amount, they can afford to play the game everyday as opposed to 4 times a week in WVa, and they can afford to play it perhaps twice a day if successful...I'll like to see this game in every European country including Russia, & in East Asia first, ....In a country-island like the Phillipines with 94 million people they can give themselves the luxury of starting a Cash25 game like i describe above, at a price of 25 cents and played 3 times a day...Each draw having like 3 million aggreggate money amount...
