I have Medicare Pt A, PT B, PT D, and Plan G. Cost is $386 a month. I just had rotator cuff surgery, MRI, Dr visits. Not done yet, but after $257 deductible, so far everything paid for. Haven't added it all up, more Dr visits still, but total cost for everything so far is well over $40,000.

I will be eligible for Medicare in a few months, in the meantime, I am waiting to get approved for Medicaid.  I was told to get , A, B and D, it's $187 a month.
All of it is getting on my nerves.  The only surgery I ever had was carpal Tunnel, years ago.  I had a mild rotator cuff tear, but, I just settled for the cortisone shot, and I've been good with that.  I was forced into retirement due to my health issues, but, fortunately, I am in no pain or need any surgery. Yes, I know about the bills, I'm on a payment plan, just doing visits and treatments,  :-(.   Health is wealth.  Take it easy with that rotator cuff.

I think I have United Health Care, but, I'm not using it, lmaoooooooooooo. They under fire right now.

United is under fire for Billing fraud, as for the investigations, they are looking for fraud in SS, Medicare and Medicaid. Hospitals, Dr.'s and Insurance companies,
23 million people over the age of 100 collecting SS, the oldest being 389 years old. They are tracing the money, giant fraud.
Trump wants no tax on SS, No tax on tips and no tax on overtime. He is not giving tax cuts to Billionaires, just the same old fear porn.
He want to extend the tax cuts to the middle class and maybe even eliminate payroll tax altogether.
The Governor of Florida wants to get rid of Property Tax.
We are taxed half to death and the minute Trump goes back on a promise or does something to SS or Medicare I will scream the loudest,I am on SS and because of my husbands income my SS is going to be decimated in taxes. So yeah, eliminate Tax on SS, I will be happy happy happy.I worked for 40 years and paid into it, don't need it taken away by greedy politicians.

The underwriter on my insurance is united Healthcare and we have not heard anything.
The 23 million over 100 is another extraordinary bs that that Donald and Elon are coming up with.   Lies,lies and more lies.   But Elon was a huge contributor to the felons  campaign  and he's going to get a sweet tax break.

Plan G is thru Mut of Omaha. Pt B is about $30/mth more than Plan G.
None of it is cheap. But....cheaper than all the stuff I've had done.
My father in law told me 50 years ago if you get sick and don't have insurance, you might as well up and die. Still true, but today it's more of a racket. That's why you see all the doctor and hospital ads in mags and on tv.
