I picked this up on Facebook then traced it down for verification to the actual judgment linked below.

Page 25 states any AG of any state can bring about a similar lawsuit. Pages 31 and 32 are the actual judgment.

Unfortunately, they won't see "one red cent"

Thanks Sully. They can file the judgment against farm land the Chinese bought, then sell it to hopefully farmers.

Thanks CDanaT. There seems to be a lot of farm land bought by the Chinese in the US which a few years back was a high concern. Judgments are an effective way of removing foreign ownership.

As a side note Pres Trump has offered a way for expedited citizenship to the Dutch Boer farmers in South Africa. The news coming out about their safety in SA is deeply concerning.
