No one is above the law, lock her up.

Provided the referral is factual AND within the statute of limitations as alleged, let her own words be used against her. If she is indicted, she should be suspended from her job pending the outcome. Law Enforcement Officers have to follow this protocol. Should she be tried and found guilty ? As an AG, she should serve a full prison term, pay all maximum fines, be stripped of any law licenses and be made an example of. No officer of the court, should receive preferential treatment, "sweetheart deals" or ever be above the law. EVER !!     Let the justice program begin  😎

According to this she was commiting fraud all the way back in 1983.

Finally, FHFA goes back over four decades in another allegation: that James falsified mortgage documents in claiming her father and she were husband and wife.

Were there laws on the books in that state about fathers and daughters being married at that time ?  Just asking for a friend.

I am surprised the title company didn't catch that very large detail, there is a lot of signing and paperwork when originating a mortgage/title/bank loan....a lot, and everybody has to be present.
