He is a Salvadorian MS-13 gangster, he is not a victim, he is a dangerous gang member, good riddance.
His "wife" even filed a restraining order against him. PS Von Hollen can pound sand.

Thanks Jarasan. My take from the beginning is that he is exactly where he belongs surrounded by his own kind. His new digs looked very modern so hope he's comfy. Actions of 'wife' make no sense to my thinking outside or inside the proverbial box.
