Yes, all states are being goofy, with exact recent repeats.
This often happens when a triple has been drawn, and the state is trying to get some of their money back, lol.
Then again, it's how you understand repeats, because, the same set of pick 3 numbers are due on each draw.
That's the way I understand numbers repeating, and it has helped me to stop being mad when I see it.
Like , when I make my list, or chart for the most due box singles, doubles, etc.  sometimes, the same number will be in the combined list column, the midday column and the evening column.
