Speaking of falling down drunk - on Thursday I pulled into the driveway and I saw a neighbor 2 hourse down the street fall down. I went over to help and my other neighbor, who had been drinking with her (apparently all day) slurred some words to the effect of "she's okay" but I was going to call 911. Last year she fell & broke her hip, so I wasn't sure if she was okay. Then the woman on the ground began moaning to leave her alone. I've never seen people so paralyzed with booze that they can't move, especially while the sun is still shining.
