There was no autopen when the constitution was written. Constitution says President must sign.
Even outside of government hard signatures are required in most cases for legal documents.
All those documents with a Presidents signature could become null & void.

Does the Supreme Court allow autopen pen on legal documents? I doubt it.

So if Biden signed everything from day one with the auto and they determine Biden stole the election does Trump get a do over? Because as the say, fraud vitiates everything.
