Cooking and looking at numbers: Posting, lol

So, yeah, I know I be on here a lot, that is because, I look at numbers while I am cooking, and I am always doing both.

I know that I have text my neighbor at least 3 times this week for food drop off.

But, he said, "I like those greens, aka collard greens"!  Today, I made vegan collard greens, because, my oldest son does not eat meat.

So, the meat is on the side, bbq ribs, and bbq chicken.

Devil eggs

Cornbread.

I think that's it,  I'm just letting the greens cook more, because, my grandson had a sample and he said, "the greens can cook a little longer", lmaoooooooooooooooooo.

 

🤣So, it's 90 degrees and I have had the oven on, my son fussing, I don't care. I never understood folks saying, it's too hot to cook?  Hot weather or cold weather, you still going to be hungry, so? lmaooooooooooooo.

I"m just waiting on the greens too cook a little more, maybe 30 minutes, and I am done cooking for today.

 

Then I can look at the numbers, I got smoked today on the 131!  SMH!

Vegan greens.
I'm done, we are getting on each other nerves, the heat must be getting to him, or I need to find me something to do, outside the house.
Then, my brother talking about make him a plate!

So, yeah, I am retired, so I do what I want to do.
These guys here?
I said, "my neighbor want some more collard greens", so, my oldest son gave me the money to make all the food.  Then, he know I be using a lot of things in the kitchen that bring heat.  Stove, oven, crockpot, lmaoooooooooooooooooo, yeah.  He talking about it's hot, then his son ate a sample plate, and my brother talking about, fix him a to-go-plate?    I decided, since it's too hot, I am making, tuna salad, macaroni salad, chef salad, egg salad, lmaoooooooooooooooo,!  All types of beans, every other day, all struggle meals.  Because, I do not like nobody in the kitchen when I am cooking, so yeah, it's cold food for awhile.

For years, I cooked for my kids, my grandkids, and my momma, every Sunday.
When I was middle class.  lmaooooooooooooooooo.
So, I stopped cooking for some years, now, it's back on?
My niece ask for meals all the time, at least she give me fresh food from her garden and pay for whatever I have to buy.
A lot of my meals be free fall, lmaooooooooooooooooooo.
It's struggle meals for awhile now.

I had 4 boneless chicken thighs, and some rib tips.
Because, I didn't put any meat in the greens, I had those rib tips for the greens, but, dude said, no meat in the greens?
When he was growing up, I do remember making separate dishes, because, he don't eat meat, or some other dishes, I forgot, but, yeah, if you hungry, you going to eat whatever is on your plate.
