Even and odd filters might be the easiest filter to workout.

This system or whatever it is, called, "The Matrix", is basically, one up on each number and one down on each number from the winning number.

If I say, 319 is one up from your quick pick, 208, and I say, play, 319, but, I know that, 139 is due straight, but, play 319 box, for $1.00 to get $100.00, or, 319  5 times to get $500.00 tax free, and you don't do it.

One down on each number is 917, so, the Matrix is showing you that 2 odds sets will come off that one all even set.
