* The Census act was passed by Congress, the idea that 47 or any President can simply delete stuff because they don’t like it is wishful thinking. Most of these executive orders are just words- nothing more. It’s similar to crowing about the EU “ giving Trump “ billions of dollars in ratio. There’s ZERO paperwork from the EU,  just his word.
