Yep,
Just read an lengthy article recently on the healing powers of mustard. Was never a user of mustard but I am now. Quickly noticed a change for the better in my digestive system. Other benefits are probably taking place also.

I am about halfway through his book. Dr Ardis always brings the receipts with links and snapshots to the articles, studies, and publications he discusses. It's the same way on his show and podcasts. He definitely does his research.
