Did some pineapples today, a trial and error.   They came out good.
So, I guess I will help my niece, can a lot of this food she gets.
Make labels,  stamp on expiration dates, etc.

I helped my grandmother many years ago with canning. One combo she experimented with is apples and pineapple together made into preserves. They worked well together and taste was amazing. Good luck with everything you all are working on.
