Sometimes it's not a choice if there's nothing else, depending on the economy and your personal cirumstances. I lost a job I hated because of a very difficult boss, and regret it every day. I wish I had practiced learning to cope with it better, however.   I'm not sure I could ever really love a place that was so hostile and stressful, but I could have had a major attitude adjustment and risen above the everyday conflicts.

i worked with an older guy who was twenty minutes early the past couple years and a real good friend.he was replaced a week ago by a real young guy who has been ten minutes late,writes silly graffiti all over everything and doesn't clean up his messes.i informed the little squirt that if he keeps up the same activity and practices that he won't make it through the next week because i'll make sure he goes to another assignment.i'm anxious to see if he'll comply....

Job? What job? No job for me. Er, I mean no job too big. I mean no job too small. Oh what the heck - it's no job at all.

Auto workers and Casino workers here in MI don't do things that way.    When they don't like their job, they go on strike to change the job.    Sure wish they would do it your way!
