Plain and simple, they want the crime, squalor..etc. because if it gets cleaned up and fixed they'll look like they did it on purpose to keep the people down, and bam the jig is up.

Agree with Jarasan they'll take credit if someone else cleans it up. However they seem to thrive on the fear energy created by chaos and crime in their cities. A bit of metaphysical research could shed some light on my last sentence.

The d's can't win an election fairly, they need to cheat. So, they bring in the illegals, & criminals to increase the voter rolls and they promise them free $$$ and stuff in exchange for their votes. The catch is they have to let the bad guys do what they want. If they start arresting the bad guys they lose the bad guy vote and get voted out. And then the citizens will be like, Why didn't you do that years ago? And they'll get mad and won't vote for them either. On top of that they need the bad guys to do their anti- Trump rioting and protesting for them.  Plus they know the bad guys can expose the d's by saying they bought our votes by bringing us here illegally and giving us freebies to vote dem.
