Exactly, but sadly we have liars who will twist the facts.

They think, or are told the R's have majority control in the senate so it's the R's fault. If that was the case they would only need a simple majority (51 votes). That's how it is in the House. But in the Senate there has to be a 3/5 majority (60 votes) to pass the CR to keep the gov't open. There are only 53 R's. If all 53 R's vote Yes, there still needs to be another 7 votes from the dems to pass it and open the gov't back up. So if all the dems continue to keep voting No, the gov't will continue to stay closed until they get the 7 votes needed to reach 60 votes. I don't know why the lefties have such a hard time understanding that.
Schumer can blame the R's all he wants but the dems are the ones causing the problems. And it will come back to bite them big time in the midterms if the R's get a super majority in both houses.

Now the unions are telling Suck Chumer to vote for the CR......🤣    (AOC is coming for ya chucky)
Poor 80/20 still doesn't get it and never will !!
HACK(eem) Jefferies falls into that category as well.

The airlines are getting mad too. NY'ers need to vote those two out and elect Sliwa for mayor. If they don't they are screwed.
