Okay wheeling, a set it and forget it strategy (lazy) where you pick some numbers, compare, and get an idea of what's happening in a game.
I call it "neighborhood". It's useful for the higher digit draw games (pick 4, pick 5).
The first time I noticed this, I was at a 711 playing pick3, a lady approached me and asked me for some winning numbers. I played p3, she played p4, and showed me her number list, (5055 in particular) and said she was tracking that number for weeks (still hadn't hit). I didn't follow p4, but I noticed that 48 were a hot pair at the time. This is what I meant by neighborhood, she was playing in the wrong neighborhood at the time, when 48/83 were hot.
When I started Pick4, I always looked to see how far my numbers were off, which were on, and it gives me a clue as to the next potential set of draws!
Alot of times, it came back as 1-digit-off or a mirror digit off (same thing).
I remember one of the games had this feature [1-digit-off play]. I should probably look back into it.
A win is a win [in this case].
