Yep,
I researched vegetables and spices that cleanse blood vessels to reduce my edema. Has kept my edema down to a tolerable level.
My blood pressure remains normal most of the time.

Also, go on a diet. Did you know that you lose 5-7 MILES of capillaries and small blood vessels for each pound of weight lost? They get reabsorbed by your body. That's less work for your heart, which lowers your BP and improves circulation.

Thanks JAP. Curly leaf parsley is a natural diuretic, plus is said to have a lot of vitamins and minerals. Discovered that years ago.
