Well this is interesting.

Research suggests as many as 6.4 million unwittingly enrolled in Obamacare with taxpayer subsidies

"The government was sending massive checks to insurance companies who were making windfall profits on behalf of people who didn't use any health care," Brian Blase, president of Paragon Health Institute, a healthcare policy group told Just The News.....

Paragon Health Institute investigated and estimated that by 2025, at least 6.4 million more people were enrolled in these zero-premium plans than were actually eligible.

Zero premium means the enrollee did not pay for the plan — it was paid via subsidies funded by taxpayers.

Yep,
And there was a shutdown because of the subsidy debate. Still fighting over the subsidy in Congress.

OMFG!!!
Don’t even get me started on what I want to do with all insurance companies, no matter who or what they are supposed to be giving you relief in a time of crisis. I hate that money is so much more important than saving the life/lives of the loved one you have, literally, in your hands. The hardest decision I ever had to forced into was last Thursday taking my lil man to the vet and kinda was optimistic after speaking with someone over the phone. Packed up and ready to go take care of my baby boy. Within 2 hours, almost $1,000 spent and them push push pushing for some more, he just couldn’t stop himself and he passed before they were even willing to give him fluids. WTAF??!! Are you f***ing kidding me? Told me over the phone $244, then almost $1,000 spent and myself and my baby girls walked away devastated and with no live puppy. WTAF again?
