That's a real smart judge.  First he approves the job then waits until after they tear it down, then says you can't rebuild it. So instead of it being rebuilt and finished it will sit there looking like sh*t until however long it takes for congress to approve it.

Good luck with that. The military is building the communications center beneath it. The ballroom is simply a 'shed' above that facility.

Its disgracefull building a 400 million dollar ballroom with people starving and without health insurance!  No class!

Donors are paying for the ballroom 'shed.'  If obama or biden were building the ballroom, the project would be being celebrated. TDS.
