The corruption and fraud has been going on for years and no one does anything to stop it because officials are in on it. Meanwhile normal people's monthly premiums continuously get higher and higher because of it.

Thanks Grwurston. Certainly appears they've known for a long time. Also as long as their lives are going well there is no incentive to change.

Amen sully. Just think how low the national deficit would be without all this fraud and waste.
