If their fraud scheme took place from May 2020 to Dec 2024, what have they been doing since then?
Maybe it's time to completely gut the Medicaid system and start over from scratch because it's obvious no one there is doing anything to verify these insurance claims are actually real.

Thanks Grwurston.  I think it would be prudent to require citizenship for Medicaid benefits. I'm hoping a newer type computer system will be able to prevent what they're uncovering now.
