Yep,
a proper diet of herbs and spices benefits the body a great deal. All available in the spice rack and fresh herbs department at any market. Know what to use for what.

Pres Trump had a brief then removed post about med-beds on Truth Social. They are said to be energy frequency healing devices which have been rumored about for years. If real that will change medicine drastically.
