I need you all to tell me how I'm doing, but more importantly how I can make things better!

I get thousands of views each day, but no one ever drops a line such as Mike you're doing a great job keep it up, or Mike you should do this.

I'm at the point where I thinks it's time to give it up and leave.

You all need to tell me what I should do, I leave it up to you!!
