The highlighted area below is huge because it is my understanding farmers had to take their equipment to a dealer to be fixed. This greatly increased food prices.

What they tried to pull off where only dealers could fix stuff is a monopoly.
A piece of farm equipment breaks down in the field they want it fixed now not days or weeks from now.
Dealers charge big money to fix something.
