Sincere condolences for lives taken. 

On another subject most of us have seen our insurance costs soar astronomically in the last few years, even those with good driving records. The conspiracy theorist in me wonders whether 'no fault insurance' was implemented so we collectively pay for the blatant incompetence of illegal alien drivers???? Make it make sense.

They are learning they can get away with murder, rape, car crashing and all sorts of illegal activities.

You come from some where else, can't read or speak English and the local DMV office says: Yes, you can get a drivers license. What could possibly go wrong?
