I wanted to do a follow up correction to my previous post.

Lettuce Sample That Tested for Cyclospora Was a False Positive: FDA

".....Taylor Farms said in a statement that it was informed that the announcement of the positive test was based on “a mistake” and that the FDA had informed the company of the false positive.

“To be clear, at this moment, FDA has not identified a single positive product test result for Cyclospora,” Taylor Farms said....."

Thanks JAP. Massive reputation and sales loss both. I started looking for more info when I saw Costco still selling Taylor Farms products for delivery today. Costco stays on top of any issues like that.

Thanks Grwurston. Makes me wonder about that too. Was the announcement due to pure incompetence or heaven forbid something else???
