Red beans n rice!

I made a crockpot of pinto beans, and a pot of rice, me and my oldest son ate, just beans and rice, he doesn't eat meat.

I went to the store and bought me some beef brats!  Hello!

I didn't add any tomato paste or tomato sauce, I love tomatoes, but, not too much the sauce.

That's weird , but, that's me!, lol

Struggle meals winning.

lol, you know I be taking care of my neighbor, lol,  He bought cod fish and talapia a few days ago, I cooked it for him, but, he will get whatever I cook, lol 
I have some more red beans soaking overnight in baking soda, it does work to eliminate the gas.  lmaooooooooooooooo.

Dinner be all different times of the day, since I retired, I cook early and relax the rest of the day.
