The pic shows a plant with 5 leaves which I believe is Virginia Creeper. As a teenager I came into contact with either poison oak or ivy and ended going to the doctor, so I watch out for it like a hawk.

Yes @ Konane, he said he was cutting grass, and I guess it got on him a few days ago, so, he was scratching it, and it looks a hot mess, he went to the doctor, and got several types of meds.  But, don't come around me with that mess.  I thought it was contagious, but, in the above post, it says, it's not.  It's hot here in Missouri, stay your *$&% in the house with that.  I felt like, 'I am my brother's keeper", because, I had to feed him, give him something to drink, buy him some cigarettes   and beer, and take him to his place, putting his bike in my car, lol,   He kind of irked me today, lmaooooooooo.  But, I still love my brother, lol, we both senior citizens, lol  Spent my lottery money on him, lmaoooooooooooo.

If your picture is what he got into then he's allergic to that plant. I understand some people are allergic to even English Ivy so I guess any plant someone touches could cause a bad reaction. Y'all stay cool as you can and take care. 😊
