I'm New to this forum of Lottery Post. I'm Not a Superb lottery player, but i do play a few bucks a day being that's all i can afford at the moment. I'm Looking for some help on how to play pairs when playing pick 3 and pick 4 numbers. I would kindly appreciate it if someone can give me a run down in their words, cause I cant seem to understand the terminology explanation that they are giving. Hope to hear from someone soon.
