It was speculated Joe was already on drugs when he made public appearances.

* Speculation is rampant in politics and real life.

* We know that Trump is loaded on drugs, going way back. How so?

* Cause the fool said that the Revolutionary army secured airports and planes back in the 1700’s. No normal functioning human would say that BS in public. The Dementia was evident years ago, but brain 🧠 damaged idiots decided that since he was one of them, support the guy.
