If you are worried about high gas prices you can always ask your state lawmakers to explain why gas there is always the highest in the country and in some cases over $2.00 a gallon higher than other states. Then ask them what are they going to do about it.

As for grocery prices ask the supermarket chains. Especially the ones that told you, Self Checkouts will save you money, because they will no longer have to pay cashiers. Did it? I doubt it.

And now you have to do the cashiers job of bagging your own groceries, which takes longer because people on the Self Checkouts are always asking for help, and are a lot slower at bagging than the cashiers that do it all day.
