The left is into doing stupid sh1t, always. Don't forget the taxes on fuel, transportation costs, etc...

Heard the same thing about refining capacity, running full steam on gasoline. However there is a real problem with diesel and fuel oil shortages headed into winter.

It is an easier process to refine diesel than gasoline, so they might be doing the more difficult one first.
