As a pick 3 player it is the challenge of getting it right. The thrill of a money win but the agony of defeat takes its toll on the nerves sometimes.
Pick 5 and jackpot games are a few bucks wagered and a dream.

I have to say I enjoy the hunt for the right numbers as much as the possibility of living without monetary worries the rest of my life. Notice I only said without monetary worries. Money doesn't buy everything. Or end all of your problems. But it sure can make things a little more interesting, can't it? Happy New Year, applejack78 !

the lottery isnt as much fun as it used to be for me so now i am playing to retire and live the good life with no financial worries. i dont think i will ever give up but i get discouraged and play less money but i always want at least one ticket in the powerball each drawing.

I play the lottery because I'm insane.
