Only soup Restaurants: Lots of $$$ money $$$: You know where you will make money? if you open your little "kioquito" or a restaurant that sells ONLY soup...All day only soup...Do you know the amount of money you will make? I bet you make as much money as subway...And i am talking about all kinds of soup; chicken soup, fish soup, turkey soup, just pure SOUP...Se acaba el mundo abuebao...And i am talking in the U.S and Europe and wherever they got cold climates....But i am talking soup from morning to night...Can you imagine been working in a cold climate and then going and getting yourself some soup....I am talking soup with meat/chicken and without it too...And the price in the U.S? 3 dollars...Do that and you will see...And the more you give in big bowl the more money you will make...I am telling you abuebao...But i am talking healthy soup too...You should cut down on the red meat, perhaps make it a vegetable soup....I don't think anyone has thought of that...

Soup lines a block long waiting to be fed.
I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt, but this idea isn't new. As Lilly mentioned, the Soup Nazi was popular years ago and there have been soup restaurants around for years. However, they usually serve salads too along with a choice of other items. There are restaurants called the Soup House, for example.
I felt so dumb.
I want to start a burger only place called Pac burgers. Only sirloin with much parsley flakes, charbroiled. A deli in Manhattan once sold me one and I was very impressed.
I could start a soup kitchen, but I'd probably eat a lot of the soup. Charity starts at home you know...
