Weirdest thing happened???

I went to SC to play the powerball as usual on a Friday night. My friend asked me to get her 10 bucks in quik picks. I usually do not like to play for other people because they always seem to win and I don't. So, I buy her tickets first. I go to write her initial on the front of it so it could be separate from mine and noticed that her first line of numbers were my numbers that I play all the time. They were in the exact same order and everything. I never played at this store....and was shocked. I had the exact same numbers on my slip that I play every week.

IT was weird because everything was stopping me from going there. My son puked in my truck on the way. I had to stop at a gas station to vacuum, then a car wash to shampoo my floor. ....then another gas station to wash my hands. I was discouraged on moving forward and thought..maybe I will go tomorrow before the drawing. Then I decided to go anyway. My usual spot was closed by this time..so I went up another exit and caught a gas station 27minutes before they close down the machines.

IS THIS WEIRD OR WHAT????

Well, did you hit anything? Or is the drawing for tonight? I don't know when the drawing takes place.

It is very weird. The numbers are my anniversary, son's bday, me and hubby bday, and our ages. The drawing is tonight. I felt like it was a omen, but I am still giving her the ticket. I said..what if those numbers don't hit, but some other number on her ticket does? She said..oh if I hit, I will give you a couple of bucks. LOL....

You said they're your usual numbers. Did you play these numbers for this draw too? PB is high enough it wouldn't be devastating to share the JP. ;-)

Yeah I played them too. They are on my usual tickets. What I was saying is, what if another set of numbers on her ticket hits...that would be weird. But I turned over the ticket..and pray I hit. Gotta feeling someone is going to hit, cause it is getting up there.

Agree with Pac, synchronisity.   All that other stuff may have happened to delay you from being caught in a potential wreck or something of that nature.

yeah, I thought that too. Tempted to go and play the other numbers that were on her quik pic...but..probably won't..

Never really played the lottery until the end of last year. I mean I played it every once in awhile when it got high, but that was about an average of two times a year. My husband went to Iraq and I started playing with hopes of winning...dreams..oh dreams. He is due to come home in a few months, so I guess I will be goin back to every once in awhile. So, with hopes of bringing him home..didn't pan out..but it made the time go by so much faster dreaming if we won, he could get out of the Army. Didn't get out of control, just never played every week.

When contemplating going somewhere, have you ever tried taking a few seconds to take a look in your mind's eye as if you're traveling there and back to see how it "feels"? Sometimes when doing that if there's resistance then take a "look" at another route to your destination to see how that "feels."

Yeah, I thought about that. I wasn't going to go to begin with, but my neighbor was having a party and I couldn't take the noise. I usually go earlier in the day. When he puked, I thought, maybe I shouldn't have come. From my house to 95N is about 18miles of woods and that is where we were when he puked. I had to get to the end of that to get it all cleaned up. This would make me halfway there, but I never just stopped and thought, maybe tonight would not be a good night to go. When he threw up, I did end up taking a different route, instead of going directly on 95N, I had to go to Richmond Hill to the car wash and then go to the Savannah exit to get back to 95N. After all that, I did not get to go to my usual store. It just baffled me that my numbers would come out on her quik pick. After I got home, I thought about all the events that happened. Everything just seemed weird....even if my numbers dont' come out tonight....I will still be thinking about them coming out on a quik pick...
