Wishing For Happier Times

On Wednesday I'll be 57 years young.  (and I don't look a day over 56 1/2!) 

One of the best birthday presents I can think of would be Peace on Earth.  Unfortunately, this day marks the 5th Anniversary of the Iraq invasion.

Please join a peace vigil or, if you can't attend one, light a candle in memory of all the people who have died and for those who have suffered.

happy birthdayi wish for peace too,my girlfriend has went to a few churches lately and said every single one was doing revelations,that tells you the state of things.my mom will be 57 in august too.

i meant to ask you how well you liked living there in florida.does it ever get too hot for ya.how often do you have real bad hurrucanes or tornado weather?

I think all the millions of people we liberated in Iraq would think quite the opposite: that this is a day for celebration and for thanking the maker that the United States has a strong leader who stood up for democracy in the world and for freeing an oppressed people.

Happy Birthday Nancy. I really hope that you do something fun. Please don't let things get you down or depressed. We still live in the greatest country on Earth. Who knows, maybe you will even win that big one Wednesday night!

Day of celebration for who. Certainly not for America. What about democracy in our own country. Shouldn't we be liberated first? And that's not the reason we are over there anyway. The excuse was to find weapons of mass destruction and find that man hiding in the cave and terrorists. oowwoowwo the terrorists are going to get us. What a piece of crap.

Those people have been fighting for centuries without letting up and have never had peace and will still be fighting when we are dead. All this war has brought is grief and poverty to America. God bless the ones who have died for an idiot as a president.
