War ain't what it used to be.

Published:

There were 39 combat related killings in Iraq in January.
In the fair city of Detroit there were 35 murders in the month of January.
That's just one American city,
about as deadly as the entire war-torn country of Iraq .
When some claim that President Bush shouldn't
have started this war, state the following:

a. FDR led us into World War II.
b. Germany never attacked us ; Japan did.
From 1941-1945, 450,000 lives were lost .
an average of 112,500 per year.

c. Truman finished that war and started one in Korea
North Korea never attacked us .
From 1950-1953, 55,000 lives were lost .
an average of 18,334 per year.

d. John F. Kennedy started the Vietnam conflict in 1962.
Vietnam never attacked us.

e. Johnson turned Vietnam into a quagmire.
From 1965-1975, 58,000 lives were lost ..
an average of 5,800 per year.

f. Clinton went to war in Bosnia without UN or French consent.
Bosnia never attacked us .
He was offered Osama bin Laden's head on a platter three
times by Sudan and did nothing.

Osama has attacked us on multiple occasions.

g. In the years since terrorists attacked us ,
President Bush has liberated two countries,
crushed the Taliban, crippled al-Qaida,
put nuclear inspectors in Libya , Iran , and, North Korea
without firing a shot, and captured a terrorist who
slaughtered 300,000 of his own people.

The Democrats are complaining
about how long the war is taking.

But Wait

It took less time to take Iraq than it took Janet Reno
to take the Branch Davidian compound.
That was a 51-day operation..
We've been looking for evidence for chemical weapons
in Iraq for less time than it took Hillary Clinton to find
the Rose Law Firm billing records.

It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the
Marines to destroy the Medina Republican Guard
than it took Ted Kennedy to call the police after his
Oldsmobile sank at Chappaquiddick.

It took less time to take Iraq than it took
to count the votes in Florida !!!

Our Commander-In-Chief is doing a GREAT JOB!
The Military morale is high!

The biased media hopes we are too ignorant
to realize the facts

The dems are complaining only because one of their own is not at the helm.

*Great post* I'm sure the raging liberals here can't even get through one-quarter of it before bailing. It's too painful for them to read. (Yes, the truth *really* hurts!) It's like throwing water on the Wicked Witch of the West.

Atleast those other presidents except for FDR didn't kill their own people like 9-11 and blame it on a bunch of terrorists that were in on it.

The truth does hurt.

Did we ever find weapons of mass destruction or that man hiding in the cave.

T: Yes they find weapons of mass destruction everyday, haven't you heard? Some of the military coming back from blowing up stuff that has WMD in it are sick? Does nuclear components buried in back yards count? Does nerve gas count? One single canister of VX can kill thousands, does that count?

Pac that 9-11 painful truth, is not piss off material, that is worn out smells like piss material.

Jarasan, the only reason it's old to you is because you want it to go away. It's very convenient isn't it? Too bad you can't face any of the hard questions to answer posts I've made countless times with no hardcore responses. You and others didn't confont any of them.

Of course it's old because people like you want it to look that way. Yet...there are many unanswered questions. Nice try but try it on someone else.

No, I don't want it to go away, keep on keepin on, whatever makes you happy. Kinda like santa claus and the tooth fairy, you can believe!

BTW Jarasan, I'll never be able to piss you off. You already know the secrets of the universe you all knowing one. How can I possibly piss somebody off who knows everything there is to know?

And who sold those WMDs back in the 80s to them, that magically disappeared during Blix's many visits?

Hmmmmm...if you guessed the U.S. Bling Bling Bling Bling Bling Bling Bling Bling...you're the winner of a 1000 stocks in oil.

We just happened to hate Iran at that moment, and turned a blind eye when Saddam used it on his own people back then.

HMMMMMMM.........But now we care. Isn't that special?

I don't claim anything, especially that I know what the truth is, but I do my own thinking. I think for myself and do my own research instead of by one person says. If they won't take the time to have a healthy debate and always sweep everything under the rug when it's covenient, then it's just futile for me.

The scientific method at anything demands strict guidelines. The more those guidelines fall within default to something made up, then that's just another futile attempt in showing people evidence. In other words, when I show proof, an attempt to make sultry comments is forth coming. It's inevitable. That is not the way to have a debate.

When you see me writing childish remarks, it's only because I picked them up from you and others. I just threw in the towel and lowered myself to your level. I know it's sad, but once I thing futility is at hand, I try to go along with the gag just for gags.

Just remember to reinforce that wash for the morning. Cause if you don't, you may one day wake up from that hyptonic state. We don't want that to happen now.....do we?

By the way it is hypotonic, or hypnotic. Hyptonic is not a word in a dictionary, I researched this and used the scientific method.

I can't think of a word. I was going say I find it amazing or annoying or disturbing, but someone else will have to choose one for me. (senior moment I guess)

But anyway, I find it XXXXXXX that the people in their cozy homes are writing how wonderful it is to get your legs blown off. I keep seeing veterans who have served our country marching for peace and asking Bush to bring home the troops. Some of them are disabled. I also watched a paralyzed solider on TV last night crying that he was shot while helpless women & children were running away from his gunfire. He seemed relieved that he didn't need to kill any more children for nothing except a tyrannical, greedy junta we call an administration.   Anyway, what I am trying to say is I find it XXXXXX that most people who are saying "Let's keep fighting, yay Bush, keep sacrificing more of our sons & daughters, spend all our money..." go home every night to their warm & fuzzy homes, drive their nice cars and sip their wine. They don't need to worry about driving over a mine or being beheaded any time soon. It's like the people who condemn Dr. Kevorkian just before they go jogging or head out to the gym.

Ha ha, I doubt it jarasan, but I surmise your diehard patriotism is the reason no one can say anything against this war. Patriotism to the death. Millions of people can die or the economy can get three times as worst and it won't change your mind about any war.

It's that mentality that says Our Commander-in-Chief is doing a great job! Whether he is or not and it's our duty to stand behind him because by God we put him there and by God will will stand by him. Talk about being stuck in a place. gee

T: Yes, I am patriotic to the death. And anyone can say whatever they want, but when it is crap (your specialty) I speak up, 'cause the stench is wretched and needs to be dealt with.
