NCAA Tournament

I had a wonderful weekend watching all the NCAA Basketball that was on the tube!! I was thoroughly entertained and proud.

My Carolina Tarheels won, which always get me going, plus they are playing better than they have in months. Everyone's contributing and when they do that, they are hard to beat!!

But, Stephen Curry and the Davidson Wildcats took care of business and shocked quite a few people. Still hard for me to believe that he (Stephen Curry) is the same little boy that I cared for back in '95 - '96. I worked at a local gym in Charlotte, North Carolina, Dell Curry & wife and Kenny Gattison & wife used to bring their children with them to workout. I cared for both of their kids in the gym nursery and they were a delight.

Great to see Davidson Basketball Players pursue their dreams and have a great run in the NCAA Tourney as well!!

Would love to see Davidson & Carolina in the Final Four with the Tarheels the winner. That would be great for the Tarheel State.

I have been a Tarheel fan since I was in high school. Every year our high school team went to the ACC Tournment. In 1957, when they went undefeated, I became a Tarheel fanatic. That team was fantastic!! Jordan is the most famous of the Tarheels, but as a pure shooter, York Laresee was the best I've ever seen. He played on the same team with Doug Moe in 1958.
