Okay, here's the scope on what is being displayed with the Average Sum Expanded Graph. As you can see on the graph, there is a Sum Cluster Alert outlined with one hit beyond the given parameter. Because there is favorable activity within the outlined parameter, and only one hit beyond it, it is considered actively favorable that the next total sum will appear in the parameter of 94 to 83. This allows you a look forward at what may occur in the next drawing.

Here is the second consideration to bare in mind. The Rose colored (3) that is displayed indicates that (3) numbers appeared in the Upper Tier Group of numbers the very last drawing. Because of results derived from a 36 draw study, it indicates that this matrix is slightly unfavorable for 4 or 5 numbers to appear (together) in one Tier Group, or the other, the very next drawing. This being the case, wagering activity might be delayed until a more favorable matrix appears.

Here is my intent - By tracking the sums in this manner, the odds are being reduced to a manageable size by accurately reducing a larger wheel utilizing sum reduction. If a larger wheel is utilized to wheel either all the numbers in the Upper Tier Number Group, or all the numbers in the Lower Tier Number Group, (or both groups), the wheel can effectively be reduced to down to a more affordable size and remain effective utilizing sum reduction.

Lets track the next drawing and see what happens...
