I say California and Florida need a lotto5/34 (cash5) like the way Virginia has it with the option of 25 cents....So is Washington State (not D.C) and Oregon...

I've been saying this for a long time...

And three countries that ought to have this lottery (lotto5/34 (Cash5) with 25 cents for each ticket paying 25,000 as jackpot), is Chile, Greece, Argentina, Norway, and Finland....

And why Oregon doesn't have a Pick3....

But serve right to Argentina because they want to go to war against a Superpower over some STUPID, 3,000 inhabitant island..
What Argentina don't know (and so is the rest of countries) is that if you have a lotto5/34 where each ticket cost 25 cents, it will attract tourist...

Cal needs a pick 4 game and dump the stupid racing game. Oregon's pick 3 is to play the first 3 or last 3 on the pick 4, for a $600 prize...

Superpower, power, whatever, they are all the same, they are all part of the G7 countries...
but despite that England is not a superpower you can claim that is a superpower militarily...
