This is something i never thought about..It cross my mind like 6 years ago but i didn't give it much attention...Now i realize how important it is...

Let's take the example of Florida Mega Money....Florida Mega Money is 1 to 44 game, if you really look at most draws (this pattern is noticeable of RNG's), so if you look at most draws you will notice that  most draws 90% to 95% of the numbers are going to be in the middle and not the extremes...So if Florida Mega Money is 1 to 44, it actually more like 5 to 39 or basically 34 numbers total if you eliminate the extremes...The extremes been 5 numbers on each side...This pattern happens a lot on RNG's, it happens like 87% of the time...But the problem is that when we are researching draws we normally think of winning everydraw, is like a reaction, that's why we don't notice this part...And even though it may not happen 87% of the time on Ball Machine Draws it still occurs, but again the problem is that we want to win all and any combinations...And we shouldn't be like that because it only takes 1 draw to win...So it will be easier if you don't play the extremes....

The same thing with Florida Lotto, is a Pick6/53 or 1 to 53 but is actually more like 6 to 47 or 43 numbers total...This is something you should have in mind when deducing and when picking the pick4 numbers for Florida Mega Money...I meant picking the permutation pick4 numbers....So again it will be better if you don't pick the extremes...

In lotteries with long range you can eliminate the first 5 numbers and the last 5 numbers as extremes....But in lottery games that have a closer range like Pick5/34 you can eliminate like 3 numbers; the first 3 numbers and the last 3 numbers...If is a range from 1 to 25 or 1 to 20 you can eliminate only 2...The shorter the range is the less numbers you can eliminate...The longer the range the more numbers you can eliminate from the extremes... 

But i don't think this pattern occurs in Pick3 and Pick4, but you can try...

What i mean by deducing? i am going to explain again:

Statement:    If i was good at predicting, like how i see predictors do on the prediction page, it i was good at predicting, specially pick4, i would had won Florida Mega Money already, and a couple of times a year...And how much will it had cost me to bet on Florida Mega Money? Around 8 dollars....

..But the difference is that you view "Florida Mega MOney" as a permutation Pick4 game by its ending digits....Example if: 7-8-24-40 MB: 2...You view it as: 7-8-4-10 (10 been zero)...And if you could correctly predict 7-8-4-10 (considering you treat 0 (zero), as ten), then all you had to do with the 7-8-4-10 is deduce...Example of deducing:

you could use the following round which starts with: 17+, but

combinations that start with 17+ are so rare, so you can eliminate them...
