Why don't they create an English teaching channel where all they do is like give classes to people on how to learn English...I found this website with the 1,000 words most used in the English language...

I was looking at all those words, and i say if someone in a foreign country learned those 1,000 words they will know english, VERY GOOD ENGLISH, SO GOOD THAT they will be able to understand CNN news on tv....

so i thought why doesn't some billionaire sets aside 1 or 2 billion dollars in the bank and let the 50 million  or 100 million from earned interest EACH DAMN YEAR can go into powering a UNIVERSAL ENGLISH CHANNEL (it will be nice if is 100 million so that it becomes 24/7 kind of channel)....A Channel where all they do is teach english....This way if people want to learn english all day long they can get cable and watch this channel....YOu know english courses, classes only last so long...you know as i am writing this i am laughing because i can't contain myself of laughter of how funny this is....Plus university cost is only going on everywhere in the world....New universities are spring up everwhere but they are also expensive....While for 40 bucks for cable you can get all the ENGLISH TEACHING YOU WANT, ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU GET BY, LIKE TEACHING THOSE 1,000 WORDS...And you know they can have different segments each with different things to teach...LOL..que demencia abueabao....Te digo denuevo.."QUE DEMENCIA"...

So why not do it...And this way America will be helping to spread the language all accross the world, kind of like an EMPIRE, kind of like the ROMAN EMPIRE....So why not...

Just to think that kids in the muslim world spend hours learning the QuRAn, basically a THICK BIBLE...

But i have a theory also that i think they should implement....Remember those 1,000 words...why not teach kids to learn to write how each of those 1,000 words are PRONOUNCED in their particular language, and then teach them how it is actually written...They teach kids how to write english and very few importance on how to speak it, yet which one is more important...What i am saying is a kid can learn how to write english later...Well it was just a theory...I think is more effective....

Example of what i am talking about...Take the word "INCLUDE" many books teaching english will have as pronounciation "in-clu-de or dae or whatever i don't know...but in spanish pronounced it will be:

"inclu-ud"

another example is the word "CIRCLE" they will have the english pronounciation as "cir-cle" and they will sell this books translated but still with the pronounciation in english in latin american countries when they should have the pronounciation in spanish which in spanish it will be: "sercul" and even if for whatever reason they had the pronounciation in spanish, they don't teach kid/youth to learn them they just teach them to see it....

but i am kind of wandering away...

so why not create such a channel...I think it will be a fabulous idea...

I thought about this idea for years but never did put it in writing...
